Who we are & scope
TimeyKit is a lightweight set of time-planning tools operated by the same small team that runs timeykit.com. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses mostly client-side code. It does not require user accounts, and most tool inputs remain in your browser on your device. This policy covers the pages and tools on this domain, including seasonal tools and wallboards.
Information we collect
- Tool inputs: Entries you type into calculators stay in your browser unless you choose to share a link that encodes them. Some tools use local storage to remember your last settings on that device.
- Contact messages: If you email us (for support, media, etc.) we receive whatever you send, including your email address.
- Server/edge logs: Our hosting provider automatically records IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer, and timestamp for security and abuse prevention.
- Consent/ad signals: Where required, the consent banner records whether you accepted analytics/ads cookies so we can honor that choice.
How we use information
- Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
- Measure anonymous usage patterns and performance so we know which tools need attention.
- Show advertising when it is enabled and allowed by your consent choices.
- Reply to support or press questions sent to us.
Cookies & similar technologies
TimeyKit itself does not need cookies for core functionality, but we may use cookies or local storage for remembering preferences, consent decisions, analytics, and advertising. Essential storage (for example the setting that hides the consent banner once you’ve answered) runs regardless of consent. Optional cookies for analytics or personalised advertising only run when you allow them.
Analytics
We use privacy-focused, aggregate analytics to understand traffic trends, tool reliability, and feature usage. These analytics reports help us decide what to fix or improve; they are not used to build user profiles or sell data. Where analytics use cookies or identifiers, they only run after you provide consent in regions that require it.
Advertising & Google AdSense
TimeyKit may display ads served by Google AdSense or similar Google advertising services. Google may use cookies or device identifiers to show, measure, and improve ads, limit how often you see a placement, and report aggregate performance. Depending on your region and consent, ads may be personalised (based on your Google account and browsing) or non-personalised (contextual).
Users in the UK, EEA, and Switzerland will see a consent message before any advertising or analytics cookies run. You can revisit those choices via the consent banner or by clearing cookies. You can also manage Google ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com and review Google’s ad policies at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Sharing and service providers
- Cloudflare hosts the site and provides security logging and CDN services.
- Analytics providers supply aggregated usage reports.
- Google provides advertising delivery and consent tooling where applicable.
- We do not sell personal data or share it with unrelated third parties.
Data retention
- Hosting/edge logs are retained only as long as Cloudflare keeps them (typically weeks) before they roll off.
- Consent records and analytics aggregates are stored only as long as needed to comply with regulation and monitor site health.
- Local preferences live only in your browser; clear your cache to remove them.
- Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to handle the conversation, then archived or deleted.
Your choices & rights
- Use the consent banner (where shown) to allow or reject analytics/advertising cookies.
- Adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies, or use private browsing modes.
- Opt out of Google ad personalisation using the links above.
- Ask us to delete support emails or clarify anything about this policy by reaching out via the contact method below.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as regulations, tooling, or site features change. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, highlight material changes on this page.
