Your trip is closer than you think
Here’s what stands between now and departure.
Working-day counts stop the day before departure so travel day isn't double-counted.

What this tool does
Shows exactly how many working days, working hours, key weekdays, and paydays you have left before a holiday, plus a prep checklist so nothing sneaks up the night before.
The cards refresh instantly on every change and the entire tool runs locally inside your browser.
How to use it
- Enter a departure date (and time if flights leave mid-day).
- Tick the weekdays you actually work or care about.
- Set your pay cadence so the payday count aligns with real life.
- Save or share the URL once it looks right - it keeps all settings in the query string.
Need-to-knows
How do working hours calculate?
They multiply selected working days by the hours-per-day input. Adjust the hours field if your days run long or you only work half days.
What counts as overdue?
Milestones that fall before today show as overdue until you clear them. Once you're well past them (or already travelling) they flip to done/passed.
Does timezone matter?
Date math is based on your local timezone so "today" matches the calendar in front of you. Share links preserve local assumptions.
Can I reset to defaults?
Use the Mon-Fri shortcut for working days, set pay frequency back to Monthly, and refresh if you want the original example departure date.
