Response window
We usually reply within a few business days. Tough asks (new tzdata, wallboard tweaks) may take longer, but you’ll at least get an acknowledgement. Major updates roll into the changelog and longer-term items hit the roadmap. A surprising number of fixes and features start as these emails, so include as much detail as you can.
What to include
- Which tool you were using (e.g.,
/dst-planner/). - Steps to reproduce the issue or the scenario you're trying to solve.
- Your browser + device/OS, especially if mobile-specific.
- Screenshots or copied share links if the setup matters.
- For timezone questions: the exact cities or IANA zones involved.
